DECZION™ is a structured decision analysis system that provides scoring frameworks, vector-based assessments, and AI-generated analytical text to help users think more clearly about decisions before committing to them. The Service is provided as-is for informational and analytical purposes only.
3. No Professional Advice — Critical Limitation
The Service does not provide financial, legal, medical, psychological, or any other form of professional advice. Nothing produced by DECZION™ — including Decision Score Index (DSI) outputs, structural analysis, AI-generated text, or any other feature — constitutes advice, a recommendation, or a directive to act in any particular way.
You are solely responsible for any decision you make, regardless of whether you used the Service in connection with that decision. Before making decisions with significant financial, legal, medical, or personal consequences, consult a qualified professional.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CHRONOGICS™, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or any decision made in reliance on it — including but not limited to financial loss, loss of income, loss of opportunity, or personal harm.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

DECZION™ and CHRONOGICS™ are trademarks of CHRONOGICS™. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service uses OpenAI's API to generate analytical text. By using the analysis features, you acknowledge that the decision input you provide (including your decision title, context, and goal) is transmitted to OpenAI's servers for processing. This transmission is governed by OpenAI's Privacy Policy. CHRONOGICS™ does not sell this data and does not store it on our servers after processing. OpenAI may retain API inputs per their own data retention policies — see OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
8. Data and Privacy
Without an account, your decision data is stored locally on your device only. If you create a free account, your data is encrypted and synced securely to the cloud so it is accessible across your devices. CHRONOGICS™ does not sell your data. 9. Modifications to Terms
CHRONOGICS™ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

You may stop using the Service at any time. CHRONOGICS™ reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time without notice or liability.
